WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "不用" AND "不需要" ????

just because of that i lost two marks.
the marker confirm Mr Fong lor, 看我不顺眼就give me lousy marks.
this is so evil man.

there's nothing wrong with my answer except the "不用" and "不需要"
then she said there is difference between the two. i asked her for the difference then she nodded her head only.
